Tmi- wet spot in the bed, happen to any of you?

So this is my 3rd kid. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and a similar thing happened with my second kid who I ended up being induced two weeks early for due to low fluid. I woke up this morning and all signs pointed to me wetting the bed. Except there's no pee. It's just fluid. I can't remember when in my pregnancy this happened last time. I do remember calling the doc and them not being concerned and checking via ultrasound the fluid levels which came back Normal. Has this happened to any of you?
