Im 7 weeks with first pregnancy. My first US last week my baby had a heartbeat of 110. Had my levels checked and 4 days later checked again. My hcg went up slightly and my progesterone dropped. Went back for US today and my baby no longer has a heartbeat. Dr offered me options of passing naturally, pills, or d&c. I chose d&c because I dont think I would be able to handle the other 2 choices. Im scheduled for this Friday. Im so scared if Im making right decision.
