UTI while TTC, during ovultion-question!

I stopped taking BC last month, so my hubby and I are ttc. We had sex twice the first two days of ovulation, but now I have a bad UTI. My most fertile day is supposed to be tomorrow, but we can't have sex while I'm in pain. I'm also worried on the off chance we DID get some good swimmers, will the antibiotics have any negative effect on the (possible) pregnancy?
