TTC driving me insane

Dh and I have been TTC almost 3 years now. I have PCOS and have been losing weight I am down 25 lbs so far and still counting. I finally had a normal 7 day cycle in October. To date no period and BFN test. Even thought I didn't have a period this month can I still conceive?? We BD every other day
