Aching and cramping

Hi guys I'm 4 weeks and 3 days today just wondering is it normal to ache and get cramps around the tummy, it almost feels like I'm about to start my period! Just getting a bit worried x

I've been having this and am really worried. Feels like I'm about to come on and also really heavy down there!

I've had cramps today and got really knackered. But then it just turned into bloating and gas lol x
