Why is Gatorade giving me heartburn ?!!!

I just turned 12 weeks and have been experiencing heartburn for almost no reason lol .. I've drank Gatorade the past couple of days and the heartburn is so bad after I drink it .

Yes definitely Gatorade is full of sugar it isn't very good for you. I get bad heart burn from eating/drinking anything to sweet.

It could be the sugar. But for me it's the dye in it.  I can't drink the red, blue, or  yellow ones because it gives me such bad heart burn (pregnant or not). I tend to drink the mango flavored poweraid. Seems to be the only one that sits okay in my belly.

I dilute it though 1:3 (water to poweraid) and if I'm super sick I add in pedialyte too 1:1:3.  This and broth was the only thing I could keep down for 2 weeks in my first trimester because I was throwing all solids up.  Good luck!  And happy pregnancy.

Gatorade has a lot of Citric acid, does it to me every time!

It does have sugar, but you can buy G2 which has reduced sugar. A lotta hate on Gatorade - my doctor said to use it during spells of morning sickness; it has really helped me. 
Also, freezing it in ice cubes to eat when sick is a good idea.
