Sore breasts
Hi, sorry if this is tmi, any girls get extremely sore breasts, where you can't even wear a shirt or a bra as it hurts far too much? I cannot sleep with a bra on so I take it off and it absolutely kills! Tried paracetomol but it hasn't helped, any tips on soothing this?
