I don't even know how this is possible! (TMI)

Just went to the toilet at work and someone had left poo on the floor! Actual human faeces! It wasn't even like someone had had explosive diarrhea, but just a blob of it on the floor, nowhere near the toilet itself!

I'm mad as these toilets are disgusting and this isn't the first time this has happened (there's always poo and/or blood all over them) but I'm more perplexed as to:

1) how someone physically does it!

2) how or why someone thinks it's acceptable!

3) why someone wouldn't clean up any mess they've left!

Ugh I feel so ill that I share an office with people like this.
