Does your baby have acne?

My son was born with a clear face but starting at week 3 he got acne and bumps on his forehead

It may be excema, if your concerned see a gp or your health nurse.  My lo had this and i had to get steriod cream to clear it up. Now i have to moisturise every few hours to keep it away. If i get slack it starts coming back. Every one told me it was normal and would go away, just a rash.. glad i listened to myself. Poor bubba was very upset in the end and rubbing her face coz it was itchy.

It's a new born rash takes about three weeks to go away it's the hormones in you that's why it's worse in Breast fed babies as well it should go away on its own i have been adding a little moisturizer or breast milk if it gets too red

My lo has it so bad. Putting breast milk on it helped a little. Wash their face and put a drop or two of milk on it and rub it in.

My LO has it very badly. I was breastfeeding and started the mini pill and I am worried that it has gotten worse since I started the pill. I have stopped breastfeeding today  (I was pumping and feeding Bc she does not latch), and I am hoping that will help. I have tried a warm washcloth, Dove soap, and other things but nothing is working.

Do you breastfeed? It comes from your hormones.. Wash cloth with baby body soap/water helps. It will go away on its own.

Yes a little. I heard soap and water then breast milk helps but I haven't tried it.
