My lips are like sandpaper!

Hey ladies! So I'm 7w 1day and my lips are so dry it's uncomfortable. I put coconut oil on them every time I get out of the shower and top with Chapstick. I walk with the Chapstick in my pocket and apply several times a day. I also have never drank so much water in my life! I pee 5-6 times in the middle of the night because I drink so much and still have cotton mouth every time I wake up. Is anyone else dealing with dry lips and cotton mouth? Any suggestions?
