Hemorrhoids?!?

I've pretty much been constipated and suffered since before I got pregnant. Now well as you can imagine at 27 weeks I'm miserable. Anyone have any relief options? I hate using the bathroom.

I first put apple cider vinegar on mine (just put some on a couple tp squares), which helps them to recede. Then I put some healing balm, which has some herbs, olive oil and beeswax on them (you could get this at a health food store) - you could also do coconut oil.
I find this very effective and makes my day to day life very much more comfortable.

I suffered from hemorrhoid before also, not much relief from them but I try to sit for short time on the potty so I'm not pushing too much and add fiber to my diet if constipation is an issue. I use those powder fiber drink mixes.

Preparation H wipes are life savers. I have a really bad liver and gallbladder so it's on and off for me but these help with any discomfort even before having one

I'm not sure if there is any relief... I've got them very bad, and they bleed regularly. Going to the bathroom is a nightmare. I take Colace everyday and Metamucil to help soften things up & I use preparation H wipes and cream. These things have not solved the problem but I can only imagine how horrible it would be without them. I've actually said prayers that these things go away after pregnancy. There is a RX you can get from your doctor and I've almost reached that point. 😢🙏
