How will I know if I'm pregnant with twins?

I will be 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow. Twins run in my family. I been having really bad constipation, super sore breast and severe headaches. Thankfully enough to I haven't experienced morning sickness. But any ladies who have twins remember what she felt in her being stages of pregnancy?

The only way to know if by ultrasound. There's no additional symptoms or anything. I'm currently pregnant with twins and the only symptom I had was that I was super sick for the first 13 weeks. But I know women who are pregnant with only one and they were super sick too

I didn't have any of those symptoms... But I never did with any of my pregnancies... Only way to know for sure is by ultrasound... Good luck!!
