SAHM, working Dad.

We have two boys, (5yr & 6m). I'm a stay at home mom and he is a working dad. He typically works about 4-5 days a week his shift being 11:30-9:30. There is this constant battle about house and kid work on his days off. Everything is said to be "my job". 24/7. Kids, cooking, cleaning, laundry, errands, etc. SAH Parents, how are things in your household. What is your routine/compromise?
