I know this has been discussed several times but I've run into the issue of hemmeroids 😟 they don't hurt yet but ok notice I have one I think. Is there cream to decrease them or treat? I've had trouble using the bathroom the past week and it's worries because I'm scared to strain at all to go. I'm going to start taking fiber pills too. Should I mention to my ob as well. I'm terrified of them getting so bad that I'll need a procedure done. Like I said they aren't painful or bleeding. Any advice. Thanks!
