Virgin on Plan B

I am a virgin and have no plans of having sex in hook-ups, but I have a main man who lives on the other side of the country. Met him online and we've been talking for months, and planning to meet up next year. Ofc there will be sex (my first, obvs) but I don't want to get pregnant nor get into regular birth control (pills, shot, etc) bc I'm only going to use it when he's around. When he flies back to Cali, it's gonna be a dry spell again for  me (for us, lol).
