Hey ladies, I had my baby boy last wk and have started making a decent amount of milk, but since breastfeeding in the hospital he has a hard time latching onto my nipple so we use a nipple guard and put the breast milk in syringes and into the nipple shield via a feeding tube line, so feeding him is a process. We've started putting the milk and supplemetal formula in bottles just yesterday so I can pump more, I'm just wondering are u supposed to heat up the milk before you give it to them?
