Good idea or Bad idea?
A Court system where the jury doesn't know the name, age, race, socioeconomic status, gender or sexual orientation of the person being tried. In fact, they never even see the person their judging.
Imagine how different punishments would be. I feel everyone would get a fair punishment, especially women. Take out all factors that contribute to bias and all you have to go on is the crime They committed.
