So Tired of "Gender Disappointment" Posts
I have to vent...my husband and I tried for over 10 years to have a baby. We experienced so much heartbreak and spent so much money, time and emotion in our quest for a family.
I am shocked and appalled by the number of women who cry over the gender of their unborn baby and then post publicly about it. I didn't realize this was even a thing until I started looking at pregnancy forums. I am so excited for my babies to be born and I could not care less what gender they are. We have decided wait to find out until they are born.
It used to frustrate me to no end when women would complain about pregnancy. I am now pregnant and no matter how terrible I feel I don't complain to anyone except my husband.
So many women take so much for granted and have no idea how much their comments hurt those who would give almost anything for the very thing they are complaining about.
