Would it be weird not to give baby a middle name?

I can't think of one and her father says he doesn't have one himself and that she doesn't need one. What does everybody else think?

It does make it easier for billing & legal purposes when your child is an adult so they can easily verify they have the right "hand doe" for instance.

Don't give her one, that away when she gets married her maiden name can become her middle name!

I think it may only be necessary if you have a common last name such as Smith. My married last name is George and it is incredibly common especially being the fact I'm a Jessica and my hubby is a Robert. There are so many people that share our first and last names!

No one in my family has middle names..... I dont even understand why i would want one.... So baby will not get one either..... So i say No its not wierd to not have a middle name..... :)

My grandpa doesn't have a middle name and my uncle. Your baby doesn't need one if you don't wanna give them one! :)
