Is it safe to sleep on my stomach?

I'm 10 weeks and 1 day and I'm not showing yet...is it safe to sleep on my stomach? It's how I usually sleep. Obviously it will become more difficult as my belly starts to grow but is it safe right now since I don't have a belly yet?

It will become uncomfortable before it becomes dangerous, I'm 24 + 3 and still sleep like half on my stomach.

You can sleep on your stomach until it isn't comfortable anymore. But it's always a good idea to try to train yourself to sleep on your left side. I'm a stomach sleeper as well, 12w3d, and have been trying to start sleeping on my side(s) since around 9 weeks. It's such a hard habit to break.
