Has Plan B ever not worked for anyone?

Wondering if there's a chance I could still get pregnant.. I had unprotected "heat of the moment" sex with SO the day after I got off my period and took plan b but still paranoid about getting pregnant.

Plan B prevents a fertilized egg from attaching to the wall of the uterus. This is why it is recommended to take 72 hours after unprotected sex. So if the egg isn't already attached pregnancy won't happen, but if the egg has already attached Plan B will be unaffective.

I have taken it twice 
First time after the condom broke and he came & the second time after unprotected sex and it has yet to fail. The side effects do suck though.

It only is really addictive up to a certain weight it says it on the box. I wasn't aware of that when I took it but I didn't get pregnant so

It happened to me. I took it less than 24 hours after unprotected sex and still ended up pregnant. However, I was over the 176 pound limit and I think that's why it failed me. BUT, several of my friends have taken it and it worked for them.

It usually depends on how soon after the unprotected sex you take plan b. The longer you wait the more likely pregnancy will be, as it only works if sperm HASN'T reached egg yet.
