What does it mean???

Question

I had my first positive ovulation on the 16th! Tested for 3 days and stopped. Out of curiosity.  Maybe an hour ago I tested and got this... It still looks positive 12 days later. As soon as my fiance gets up I'm making him go get a test but does it mean I am pregnant?

I'm almost 8 weeks pregnant I've taken a couple opks out of curiosity and they are always super positve. I read that the two hormones they test are similar so the HCG can produce a positive LH surge. That may be what's going on. Take a pregnancy test with fmu :)

It's a positive opk. It's normal to get several LH surges and positive opk during a cycle, that's why you only test until your first positive then stop.

You can get positve opks later in your cycle that have nothing to do with ovulation and that's why they say to stop testing after you get your first positive test. This is because LH rises and falls all through your cycle and soem even reported a surge right before their period came.
Opks can also cross react with hcg but they won't detect pregnancy any earlier than a pregnancy test, which are designed to detect hcg.
