I am confused 😔 clitorial orgasm and vaginal orgasm

I did not know that this two are different.. I always have an orgasm but I am starting too think that I always have a clitorial orgasm and never had a vaginal orgasm .. Can someone explain me what is the difference and if so can I still get pregnant if I only have a clitorial orgasm???
