Ok so I decided to look in a mirror😖 and yup the clam thing I spoke of was my hymen...I did some kegels with my mirror and the biggest I could get it to open wouldn't even fit a pencil in! (Not that I tried that, just giving a size reference). I'm kind of concerned that what I saw wasn't normal (at least compared to pics I've found). But I'd be so embarrassed to see a doc about this. Besides a doc(that'll be last resort) what else should I do?
