I need some advice or tips.

I have been trying hard not to over eat and I'm just too damn tired a lot. I just made it to my second trimester and I already got a gut showing, not a baby bump. And my thighs look like damned cottage cheese!!! Top it off, I have a gym membership and haven't been at the gym in over Idontknowhowmany months cause my man refuses to tell me and says work out at home, do squats. I have to remind him of my bad knee!!! 
Where the hell was I going with this?
Sorry, venting I guess...
But I wanted to know of a good website or good exercise I can do to get rid of the cellulite on my thighs and be in shape while I'm pregnant. 
Anyone know of one? Please?!
