First time disaster😏

So me and my boyfriend went to have sex for the first time yesterday and it went pretty badly😏 he really couldn't get it up😒 and when he did it wouldn't go far so after a few pumps it's fall out😏 Does anyone have any advise or tips we could use, I'd really appreciate it, thanks😊
