Ovulation on day 21?!

Glow and other apps and myself always thought i ovulated on day 15-17 ish as my cycle is usually 30-32 days but I wasn't getting positive tests all month this month, now I've got one. Is it possible to still conceive ovulating this late in my cycle? Maybe this is why we have been ttc for 9 months and nothing's happened? Very confused :(

Yes, it's possible to ovulate this late. I usually ovulate on cd 19 with a 32 day cycle,  but last month I ovulated on CD 21 with a 36 day cycle, which was very unusual for me as "normal" is 32-34. All I can say is cycles just change sometimes.

I ovulate on day 21. My cycle is usually only 28/29 days. There should be 10 or more (ideally 12-14) days after ovulation before period starts. If not, there's not enough time for a fertilized egg to implant and this is an indication of low progesterone (which u need to support a healthy pregnancy) I used progesterone cream 2x a day during my October cycle (only after ovulation or it could prevent it) and sure enough, I'm pregnant!! About 10 wks now. I'm still on the progesterone and will continue through week 14. The placenta takes over in the second trimester.

Every ovulates at different times - reading what is "typical" doesn't help.  Between ovulation test kits and reading your body signs for ovulation, that should help. I have a short 2-3 day period and I ovulate a few days after and I have short period cycle, I don't see how a baby could grow in that short time.
