When can you start working out after a c section?

Of course a doctors approval should be recommended , however, wondering when you all started and when your doctor have you the green light! :)

I'm actually starting a work out that lasts the whole time I'm on maternity leave. It targets the muscle separation we get while pregnant and preps us for working out harder later on. They are super light exercises--

It's normally 8 weeks but it all depends on the dr and your healing

Depends on ur incision, how fast you heal, and when you get the clear from your OB. Normally your OB will tell you exactly when you can do those things
