Just got my BFP on Friday, I'm now about 4W2D Ever since Friday I have been having on and off dull ach in my right side by where your ovaries would be. This is my first pregnancy, so I have no idea what is and isn't normal. I'm just terrified it's the start of an ectopic.  Has anyone else experienced this?
