Miscarriage at 6 weeks

So about a week and a half ago I had a miscarriage at just over 6 weeks it was a day or two before I just started bleeding so I though that was it because it's usually only heavy bleeding with clumps that early but two days later I was at my friends and felt something weird and heavy coming out like a big clump and look down and there was a cord hanging there and a weight inside like something was attached and I knew so I pushed it out and didn't look because I was too afraid so just flushed it down.. It was the worst thing ever but was told it was early enough everything had come out I bled for a few days after stopped bleeding for the last 5 days maybe then had sex a day ago and am bleeding again.. Was just wondering if anyone else had any experiences similar ? I've just been feeling so lost and can't stop thinking about it it was my first miscarriage and I have a child already.
