So glow is saying I am 3 weeks 4 days pregnant. But I ovulated I'm pretty sure the 17th. How do they figure this if they don't know when I ovulated?

It's calculated from your last period, that's how doctors count too since it's the only 100% for sure fixed date. So technically when you conceive you are already 2 weeks pregnant.
