Plan b?

Has anyone here gotten pregnant even if they used plan b?
I'm not on any type of birth control. So I had sex on Monday and he pulled out, (not smart I know, not here for a lecture).
Then Wednesday, I have sex and he doesn't even warn me or ask or anything and comes inside of me. So I got plan b within the next 24 hours and took it. Just wondering if that means I should be fine?

Here's a description of how plan b works. It's literally super flipping cool!

The first thing it can do is delay ovulation, and that usually means any sperm that survives the acidic vagina, the thick mucus of the cervix, the barren wastes of your white blood cell filled uterus and made it to the safe zone of your fallopian tubes are going to die.

Second if the egg has already been released it can prevent fertilization.

Third, it can also prevent implantation.

Some side effects I've had are heavy bleeding, nausea, vomiting, mild fever, cramps that make my already frightening ones more severe (I scared the pants off of my OB during a pelvic exam, he felt my undersized uterus cramp through my rather large belly.)

Other people experience 0 side effects and just have a late period.

Around the middle of what would be your period week (if it hasn't started) test for pregnancy then follow up with your OB.

Plan B doesn't prevent pregnancy if it's already occurred. It only works if the egg has not travelled down and implanted itself. So yes. You can absolutely still get pregnant
