Had a 48hr blood drw hcg count it dropped alot

So went back to er to have my blood redrawn. Plus I got another ultrasound.. the ultrasound lady didn't talk or communicate ... She showed pic at end . And during played heart beat. We're two days ago you couldn't hear it but see it. My hcg count dropped from *26,777 to *23,000+ Dr said. Don't worry just take it easy .. advice
