Umbilical Cord fell off
My daughter is 2 weeks old and last night in the middle of the night I found her umbilical cord stump in her onesie. It looks like some is still in her belly button though, is that normal? Is it safe to give her a bath? 
Sorry the picture isn't clear she was crying and I had to snap it fast.
