Nausea/no appetite
Does anyone have any suggestions for what to eat when you feel nauseous? I feel sick and it's hard to eat. Hours will go by and I realize I haven't eaten so I feel worse. Most things I think about eating sound disgusting, but I haven't actually vomited. Sandwiches sound good, but I know I'm not supposed to eat that. Help please! ☺
