Bumps & lumps in the night

Hey guys. So I don't know how to describe or address this. But I'm going to try.

On the inside of my labia, kind of around the urethra, there are tiny white bumps. They come and go every 5+ months... Every time they appear I get worried that it's something but then I remember something I read about them being "ducts" or sweat glands?

I also noticed they occur when I don't shave much down there. I've been letting it grow out a little just because "obviously keeping it trimmed"...

ANY EXPLANAITIONS OR HELP!? I'm freaked out.. 😞
