I would get close and slow my breathing down. Slow deep in and out breaths..most of the time it'd make the feeling go away

I eat before getting out of bed. Pretzels or saltines. Also started throwing those up a couple times and swallowed it back down. Once I have food in my stomach the urge to vomit usually goes away so I was desperate to keep it in there. So far no meds for it but the MS is getting worse at week 15.

Ate carbs literally hourly to prevent throwing up. Any liquid I tried made it worse. I had 24/7 nausea until week 16, then went away and came back when I was 20weeks. Hopefully it's gone for good now! Talk about miserable. Grapes were how I stayed hydrated. I was prescribed dicelgus, which helped the severity (stopped dry heaving when driving & scrolling my monitor at work)  but I was still nausea all the time on it.

I ate whatever I could keep down even if that meant I wasn't eating the most healthy foods in the world and I drank whatever I could keep down. I got super dehydrated a few times, so my doctor recommended cold watermelon if I could keep it down and grapes because they give you liquid and some nutrition. I took unisom and vitamin b6 at night together and that really helped me be able to keep most of my dinner down too. Then I just waited it out for 14 and a half weeks....

I still have it (25 weeks) Nothing seems to help me.
