Need sleep....Can I drink this?

Does anyone know if it's ok to drink this?  If I don't get some kind of sleep - someone might buy me a broom bc I'm becoming such a witch LOL

That's my fav tea everrr I've gone thru boxes lol every nite got a have my peach sleepytime to relax n fall asleep lol
