Worried :(

Im currently 6 dpo and im experiencing sharp pains that shoot in my left arm and hand....it scares me bc im afraid something may have went wrong ttc....bc I have iasues with borderline blood pressure. ..im going to test for bfp in four days....im just paranoid maybe I have a tubal implant idk...I know this is stupid...but the sharp pains are scaring me :(
