15&5 week gender reveal scan. Help!! It was inconclusive!

We paid in full for a reveal we feel we didnt quite get. The tech wasnt able to give us an answer. Has anyones girl scans looked this way? Thats what I have a feeling it is. I have 2 boys and both were CLEARLY boys. I dont feel the same here, just confused 😔 anyone have comparable US pics?
