Cramps in early pregnancy

Heavenly • Mon, Nov 30 • I have 3 daughters ages 4,3&1. I just recently found out I'm currently pregnant with number 4! Hopefully we get our boy.

Now this is my 4th pregnancy, so you'd think I'd know what to expect. But I just recently got a bfp on a hpt & I'm having very painful cramps, and a feeling as if af will begin at any moment. I'm calling to make an appointment tomorrow. I'm sure I won't be seen until around January seeing as based on my lmp my due date is august 4th 2016 making me 4weeks5days.

Is the cramping normal?
