not sure if pregnancy signs have decreased or finally at ease but my boobs are no longer sore and i feel way too good 13 weeks & 1 day is miscarriage a sign freaking out ... it's my first baby missed miscarriage at 5-6 weeks in july ..

Your hormones begin to level out at around 12 weeks so the loss of symptoms could be because of that and not necessarily a sign of miscarriage. Same thing happened to me with my rainbow baby girl and I freaked out thinking I was miscarrying again. I'm currently 28+ weeks with a healthy baby. Good luck and I hope everything goes well.

I had a miscarriage at 13 and 14 weeks . My boobs weren't sore anymore and I didn't have much nausea. Try not to worry ( I know it's hard) but I would see my doctor ASAP
