Should you always treat your partner when you have thrush?

Just wondering how many of you ask your partner to use a thrush treatment when you have thrush or do you just treat yourself. Even when he doesn't have symptoms? Can men carry thrush without having symptoms and pass it back to you? Thanks

Men don't always have the symptoms of thrush and it is past from one person to another when u have sex, if I get thrush then my oh always gets the medication for himself to and we dint have sex for 3 days after taking the medication.

I think thrush is an imbalance of your natural flora - caused by ph imbalance,  antibiotics or over-washing your private parts especially with soap. so as far as I know it's not contagious.

My SO doesnt have to treat himself. He has before but not always. He just has to tell you whats up.
