Hey all you repeat mommies! I need a bit of reassurance. On Saturday I got a headache that progressed into a migraine Sunday night. That led to 7 vomiting episodes during the night and me sleeping on the bathroom floor. Now I have a headache, diarrhea AND vomiting! No fever, cough, or chills. Is this food poisoning, a bug, a virus? And more importantly, is there any harm being caused to the baby?
