Can you color your hair in the first trimester? !

I'm only 8 weeks 4 days and wondering if it is safe to get color in my hair?! In my dying need :)

I've been a hairstylist/colorist for 8 years, color will NOT harm you or your child unless it harms you without pregnancy (if u have ever had allergic reactions before pregnancy) 
The smell may get to you a lil more than usual but the chemicals will NOT harm you or your baby.
I will warn you tho, when using Lightener after the first trimester women's hair acts weird, giving strainge colors sometimes. Fixable but just be aware it may not be a quick in and out process BC UR hair holds onto the extra hormones and vitamins UR hbody didn't need during the pregnancy-making different results possible

I am currently 5 weeks and I use color on a daily basis, touching the chemicals and being around them daily. My dr said its fine years ago, and color/lightener do not contain half of the chemicals that it used to.

Plus I know the risks do not come from "inhaling" fumes, research hasn't proven the fumes to be a risk for anyone, dr reccomend being in a well ventilated room BC UR senses are so sensitive to smells during pregnancy.

You're not supposed to because of the harsh chemicals but henna dye you can use which I wouldn't touch any of those.Guess I'll just wait to dye my hair,I do hair so I know these things😊👍
