Finally! TTC month #1

I started my first normal AF this morning since having my implanon removed on October 21st!

I'm so excited! Fx for a wonderful end to 2015 with a BFP!! Baby dust to all!

So any advice to this first timer? I've never done temperature checks or ovulation tests or anything like that! Yikes! Help?
