Cramps

I've read that cramps can be totally normal but does anyone have them on just one side? I'm only cramping on my left side and I can pinpoint the exact location. I know its not an ectopic pregnancy becasue I had a scan on Thursday and everything was where it should be. I have another ultrasound tomorrow and I'm so nervous!!
