TMI!! Nipple picture! look at your own risk!!!!

Hi ladies. AF is due in 2-3 days. I took a pregnancy test this morning with first response and it was negative but my nipples looks like this? My boobs have been sore and they get sore every month around this time but I've never seen a Vain pop up like this? What could this be??
