Only 3 days

I bleed for only 3 days Oct 30 31st and November1st.... I normally get my period end of the month going into the new month here it is November 30th and nothing... But my breast been sore....been eating a lot.. Sleeping a lot.... Feeling like throwing up... Plenty of things.... I took a test came out negative took a other one one line was really light... Have any gone through this ...I go to the doc next week I'm hoping I am this would b baby #2
