My first pregnancy! What should I do/know?

I just found out two days ago that I'm expecting. Doing the math from the first day (oct 25th) of my last period I'm 5 weeks. I do not have a doctor yet and would like to know if anyone has advice until I see one? I'm not ready to tell people because it's so early but I would like advice. I am and have been taking prenatal vitamins for months. Thank you.

Start to take prenatal pills. Do research on doctors before you chose one... And schedule your appt soon. Alot of dr won't see you until 8 weeks
